Patient Satisfaction:
Bayside Community Hospital & Clinic is very proud of the quality of care that we deliver and it shows in the post-discharge satisfaction surveys completed by our patients. We consistently score above 95% satisfaction with the vast majority of that being classified as excellent. An outside firm that completes written mail out surveys also validates those scores on a quarterly basis. Please click on the link below for the most recent patient satisfaction data completed by Bayside and the quarterly report completed to validate our in house scores:

Infection Rates:
Hospital acquired (nosocomial) infection rates have been very much in the news these last several years, including the Institute of Medicine's report back in 2004. We take it very seriously here at Bayside, too! We constantly monitor and assess our programs and practices to eliminate, to the greatest degree possible, those practices and processes that may result in harm or discomfort to those we are privileged to serve. We have an active Quality Assessment/Performance Improvement (QA/PI) program whereby we constantly monitor our results against best-in-practice standards. Our Incident Reporting program identifies problem areas, and devises corrective actions and efforts. At the end of the day, we always remember why we are here: "First, do no harm." Please see the attached link below for the most up to date infection information:
