 With over 360 years of combined experience and 60 advanced certifications, our Nursing Staff is second to none. Our RNs, LVNs, and CNAs provide excellent 24-hour care in a small town friendly manner. Our nurses are constantly continuing their education to keep at the forefront of medical care. Much of this education is done through a collaborative effort with Texas Tech University’s Nursing Education Department. Our nurses work across all aspects of care delivered at Bayside, and those include: Medical/Surgical Nursing, Emergency Room, Pre-Op, Surgery, Recovery Room, Outpatient Care, Clinic Medicine, and Specialty Care for those who are more critically ill. Bayside works with each and every nurse to ensure that they have the knowledge and tools to take care of what comes their way, and we are proud of the job they do. This dedication and commitment to duty and our community has resulted in the Texas Nurses Association certifying Bayside Community Hospital as a “Nurse Friendly” facility, a designation that recognizes the high quality that goes into our Nursing department and the care we deliver.
